Jeff is a highly experienced commercial litigator known for his tenacity and dedication in fighting on behalf of his clients.
He advises on contract disputes, warranty claims, landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, restrictive covenants and judicial reviews, acting for a wide range of clients including many household names.
Jeff is a former President of Manchester Law Society and is a Council member of The Law Society. He also represents lawyers from Greater Manchester at the national Law Society. In addition, he's a member of The Law Society’s Civil Justice Committee and a member of the Property Litigation Association. He also sits as a Deputy District Judge and holds Higher Rights of Audience in civil cases.
Recognised as "very capable and knowledgeable" by The Legal 500 and a top-tier lawyer in Chambers and Partners, Jeff has been listed as one of the 250 most influential people in Greater Manchester. He's also a regular contributor to several leading legal publications.
